Latest Bulletin
Site Updated
Monday, 28-Jun-2010
In my last BTRDA bulletin I said that the Bolton club was required to submit a date before the BTRDA Autotest committee meeting. It was at the last minute that they put forward an event on the 20th June to be considered. The committee decided that this was too short a notice for competitors and the event will not count towards the BTRDA championship.
The BTRDA championship will now score the best 7 event points from the 12 round series. The mid season event split stays as original i.e after the Hartlepool round on the 27th June. There is still a maximum score of 5 events in each half of the season allowed so your final 7 can be split 2 / 5, 3 / 4, 4 / 3 or 5 / 2. The next round is next Sunday, 6th June at the popular Barnsfield library site near Hatfield and run by Mike Biss and the CSMA team. If you haven’t entered yet, contact Mike on mike.biss@btinternet.com asap.
With the cancellation of the Plymouth and Maidstone events, both due to venue problems, the Southern championship will now be the best 5 scores. The next round is again the CSMA event on the 6th June so more entries to Mike as above.
There is still plenty of time for all in both championships to get a full set of scoring events. I hope as many of you as can do it.
